Hangi Preparation

Unfortunately due to the bad weather we have had to postpone the Matariki hangi for a week. Despite the weather  all other preparations for this event are going well. We have been making putiputi ( flax flowers), shopping at New World, making tickets and learning waiata (songs).  Its going to be a great Matariki celebration.
