Today we went out of the school grounds and planted spinifex seeds. It was fun! We were outside Mr Kilgour's shed by the gate.
First we got root trainers and filled them with potting mix, then we got the seeds and put them in the root trainers. We did this job with our buddy class and we had some adult helpers and also some room 5 children.

Hi Room 14, this is Joseph's grandad and grandianne from Vancouver. We watched the film about the new kid and we were very impressed. In fact, you really had us fooled. We were waiting to see the new boy or girl in the class and the goat appeared! It's probably a good thing it went home to his Mum because it looked like it was going to eat the chairs.
